In a time when many car dealerships are part of a large auto group in which customer service and product knowledge takes a backseat to simply moving units, I’m glad dealerships such as this still exist. I had ordered a truck from my local dealer, here in Virginia back in January, and the order build date kept getting kicked down the road. Understandable given all that’s going on globally to affect parts supply, pricing, etc. After the third email delaying my build I started Checking nationally to see what was out there. After about three weeks, Ford matched me with Heartland Ford, and a new unit just hitting their inventory. It was a spot on match (plus a sunroof) to what I had ordered. Ethan and I communicated via email over the course of about a week. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He understood my predicament and what I wanted to do, and made it happen. This dealership was 12 hours and 750 miles away from me and could have easily dismissed me, but they treated me as someone who walked right through the front door. Making the drive out there I was greeted warmly and personably by Mike, Evan, and Ethan Potts. This is a family run outfit. The way a lot of dealerships used to be. I appreciated the personal service. The truck was prepped and ready for me when I arrived. It took me longer to swap the items from my old truck to the new than anything else. No high pressure sales tactics, no callous indifference to client concerns, just good old fashioned friendly, personable service. My new truck made the 750 mile journey home just fine. I am happy enough with the whole transaction that I will use them again in the future. Support your local hometown Ford dealerships. I wish dealerships like this still existed where I live.

They have a good EV charger. We stopped to get up to 80%. While we were there we asked to see a used Mach E they had. They were friendly and helpful.

I took my F150 in for an old service bulletin. While in fie the service they identified a very small coolant leak I hadn’t been able to locate since summer and provided an estimate for repair. They were able to scheduled me the next day. Staff were courtesy and friendly, drop and pick up were convenient for my schedule.
